Proudly designed, and made in America with American made aluminum I present the “Twisted Off” radiator drain plug removal tool. This tool was imagined and designed when I had enough of the tight fit design of the 2013-2019 Ford Escapes radiator drain plug location, that is at a right angle pointed right at the radiator support. I got mad enough at most all of the ones that I encountered that were stuck and not budging with pliers, of which was all I could fit in this space at the time because other available tools will not fit in this area, that I decided to design and produce my own tool allowing for quick radiator drain plug access.

You do NOT have enough room to get a conventional drain plug removal tool in this area. This Twisted Off radiator drain plug tool is less than 1/2 the height of most available drain removal tools on the market currently, that will not fit in this area. Most other drain plug tools also use just a open ended slot, which allows for the tool to slip off the edges of the drain plug, where as this socket surrounds the drain plug flat blade and allows for easy twisting using a 1/4 drive ratchet in tight spots without the worry of the socket sliding off the radiator drain plug.

Fits most all Ford models using the flat blade radiator drain plug. Specifically designed with 2013-2019 Ford Escapes in mind, however also fits 2020 and older Ford Edge, 2012-2019 Ford Focus, and other Ford models that use the flat blade style radiator drain plug. May also fit other makes/models as well.
